Frontera Produce Names New Director of Sales

FRONTERA PRODUCE NAMES NEW DIRECTOR OF SALES

EDINBURG, TX – (November 3, 2008) - Frontera Produce, LTD, a vertically integrated grower, packer and shipper of fresh produce in South Texas, announces today that Chris Eddy will assume the role of director of sales, effective immediately. With 19 years of experience in the fresh produce industry, Eddy started his career with Topco as a produce inspector in 1989. Two years later, he moved to McAllen, Texas and joined the sales team at Duda Farm Fresh Foods where he has worked for the past 17 years.

“Everyone at Frontera Produce is elated to have Chris Eddy join the team,” said Ken Nabal, vice president of sales and marketing of Frontera Produce. “Chris brings a high-level of experience to the company along with a wealth of knowledge in the production process that will ultimately lead to better communication to our customers along with a fresh perspective within our management team.”

As director of sales at Frontera Produce, Eddy’s primary responsibilities will be to oversee the marketing and sales of all product lines, increase customer base, and maximize profitability.

Chris Eddy will be based out of Frontera Produce’s corporate office located in Edinburg, Texas.
