1 Frontera Golden Pineapple, skin removed and diced
½ cup of water
3 Garlic gloves, peeled
2 Limes, zested and juiced
10 Large fresh basil leaves
3 tablespoons Pineapple juice
2 tablespoons Olive oil
Salt to taste
In a blender or food processor, add the diced pineapple chunks and water. Blend to combine.
When blended, turn off the blender and add the next four ingredients. Pulse until the garlic and basil are roughly chopped.
When blended, add salt and pepper to taste.
Place beef, chicken, pork or fish (meat of choice) to a large plastic bag. Pour marinade over meat and let marinate for up to an hour. When ready to cook the meat, discard the marinade.
