California Sun Salad

Ingredients:

Serves 5-6
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 cantaloupe
  • 1 honeydew
  • 3 jalapenos
  • ½ white onion
  • 1 papaya
  • ½ watermelon
  • ½ cup lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Gather a bowl, cutting board, and sharp knife
  2. Dice onion and jalapenos as finely as possible
  3. Remove all seeds and skin from all remaining fruit and cube into similar size and shape
  4. Combine ingredients in bowl and dress with lemon juice
  5. Enjoy on a hot, summer day!
